Since The Pearland Swim Academy runs on a Year-Round Schedule, you can start and stop whenever you'd like. Unlike our other programs, the Water Exercise classes are an all ages group with a ratio of up to 12. The conditioning segment of the class incorporates Water Pilates exercises to elongate the entire body, build a stronger core with movements from the inside out and increase strength and flexibility with emphasis on fluidity and grace.

Our schedule is always adapting, so please call to confirm that the class and time you are interested in is still available. Some classes may be unavailable due to no open slots. If this is the case for the class and time that you prefer, we can attempt to find another or put you down on a waiting list until a slot becomes available. |
Unfortunately, Pearland Swim Academy does not offer Water Exercise classes during the Summer season. Check back during the Fall season for an updated schedule.
