Water Strong All Year Long!

We strive for our swimmers to become Water Strong. This means the swimmer has the capability to handle a fall in to the water. The Water Strong Evaluation is performed once a swimmer has mastered the survival swimming skills. Wearing blue jeans, t-shirt and shoes, the student will jump in the water, ascend to the surface, float on back, scull to the side, hold the wall and climb out of the water to safety. Students receive a Water Strong Certificate and we proudly display their picture on our Water Strong Wall.
